Fast Customer is an app for iPhone and Android phones that promises to save time and eliminate frustration by cutting through your time on-hold and getting the company you want to call you back when someone is available to speak with you. No navigating menus or listening to bad jazz. There are over 3,000 companies available.
Overall the app got great reviews on both the Apple and Android platforms. Users seemed to love the concept and the function of the app. Some low ratings came from users who had issues reaching certain companies, as all companies are set up slightly differently. But those complaints were few compared to the overall 4 and 5 star ratings.
