Medina County Common Pleas Judge James Kimbler (R) leads an interactive
discussion about common problems found in applying the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure. The participants in this CLE seminar will be given 18 problems to discuss concerning Rules 3-15. The participants will be arranged in groups of four to six and will discuss the problems among themselves and then with the group at large. The problems will include discussions about venue, service of process, and jurisdiction. After participants have discussed the problems, Judge Kimbler will give his analysis
