The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association recently announced the latest in its series of “Hot Talks” devoted to legal news and trends.

The format includes a lead or guest speaker who will discuss the following:

  • What’s the difference between an Executive Order and a Presidential Memorandum?
  • What’s the legal impact of such presidential actions?
  • What are the recent hot presidential, legislative and/or judicial actions?
  • From the speakers’ perspectives, what specific impact will the actions have?

The introduction will be followed by an open Q&A discussion. The talks are free and open to the general public and Bar Association members. They take place on the second Tuesday of every month.

Past Speakers have included Carol Roe, Jim Renacci, and Judge Lauren C. Moore. For more information visit the official website of the Bar Association.
