Cady Reporting Subpoena Service
Subpoenas are legal documents that order the presence of a person to testify as a witness at a specific date, time, and location. The person receiving the subpoena often has to provide documents or evidence for the legal proceeding. They are time sensitive and must be confirmed within a set time frame. Not responding to a subpoena is punishable by law.
